Rob Barnes

Rob is an Associate with wide experience in many sectors, in particular retail and education. In recent years he has managed the accounts for retail clients including TKMaxx, Borders and Starbucks. He has experience working with both retailers and developers, ranging from fit out works to town centre redevelopments

Within the education sector, Rob has worked on innovative new build projects for a number of prestigious independent schools. A recent project was shortlisted for a sustainability award by the Institution of Structural Engineers.

Rob has also had responsibility for high specification residential works including a £45M project in London incorporating basement construction below water table on a confined city centre site.
