Joining Thomasons in 2002, Stuart took responsibility for the development of the Leeds building surveying practice building upon a quality reputation offering an efficient and varied expertise in the many facets of building surveying.
Since joining the Practice he has doubled the staffing levels within the building surveying department to meet the growing workload demands. He has wide experience in both modern and historic building refurbishment and alteration projects, the procurement of new build projects, dilapidations issues, party wall matters, undertaking building surveys on a wide variety of building types and fulfilling the role of expert witness on a number of building related disputes.
