Graduate Programme

Are you a graduate with an interest in civil and structural engineering? Then Thomasons wants to hear from you.

The Thomasons Graduate Programme aims to get its graduates working on real projects from day one. You will develop a variety of practical experience, while receiving training from some of the top civil and structural engineering consultants in the country.

Every graduate is assigned an experienced mentor, who will ensure that they get the support they need, while receiving a well balanced and varied introduction into civil and structural engineering consultancy.

Work Placements

Thomasons have offered students the chance to work on variety of projects during holiday periods.

If you're keen to begin a career in civil or structural engineering, and are able to commit for a two to three month period during a holiday, then get in contact with your local office to see whether a placement may be available.

We'll set you up in a team and give you the chance to experience life on an active project. You'll get to work across a range of areas, gaining valuable insight into the world of civil and structural engineering.
