ONETWENTY, Holborn

Client: Cannon Glass

Clear Structures was commissioned by Cannon Glass to provide structural glass design services for the bolted glass fa├žade of the newly refurbished office space at 120 Holborn.

The building, on the corner of Holborn Circus between Hatton Garden and Leather Lane, has one of the best office locations in London. It was originally designed by architects Richard Seifert and Partners and completed in 1979, but was subsequently refurbished and upgraded to provide exceptional office space ranging in size from 11,500 sq. ft. to 19,205 sq. ft.

As part of the project, which was complicated by the requirement to mimic the original details of the existing glazing, Clear Structures experts ensured that the installation of the ground floor glass screens adhered to the strict restrictions imposed by the existing internal finishes and ducting.
