The site comprises a five storey commercial building fronting Saffron Hill and a three storey building fronting Hatton Place that have been combined, altered and extended as part of a £3.5M redevelopment for AXA Sun Life under a traditional form of contract.

The essence of the alteration works has been to open up many areas of the ground floor and party walls between the buildings to allow natural light into the former recording studios within the basement areas and to provide a more open plan feel between the stepped basement and ground floor areas. At high level the former roof garden and part of the third floor have been removed and replaced with a multi-bay, curved northlight feature roof and open plan balcony between second and third floor levels.
