Jamie's Italian, Guildford

Thomasons were involved with the structural and civil alterations and adaptations to this existing building in the centre of Guildford.

The challenges involved the extension of the existing mezzanine, and further adaptations of several previous tenants’ structural alterations to the original 1960’s building.

The structure was also adapted to receive new services civil and mechanical for the kitchens which are exposed to the public.

This was all carried out in the fifteen week programme from demolition to hand over.
