Working alongside Simpson’s of York as their Structural Consultants, Thomasons was involved in the temporary works solutions for the refurbishment of Aspreys flagship store on New Bond Street.

Major structural temporary works were installed for the creation of a new internal courtyard combining five historic buildings into a coherent trading space. Temporary works were designed and co-ordinated throughout the redevelopment site including those for the new elliptical helix stair and mirror wall.

Weekend road closures were required for the erection and subsequent removal of the roof mounted tower crane necessary for the installation of the courtyard steel and glass roof construction over the previously external area.
