Thomasons has extensive experience in environmental engineering encompassing flood risk assessment work, sustainable drainage, ecology, pollution, contamination and conservation of resources. These skills enable us to identify and mitigate the effects of site constraints in the initial stages of a project.

Thomasons will provide you with initial advice to inform pre-purchase investigations and then develop this to contribute to detailed planning submissions. We are conversant with the requirements of BREEAM and the Code for Sustainable Homes. Our detailed knowledge of relevant legislation such as PPS25 and our ability to liaise effectively with the statutory organisations enables us to develop robust, cost-effective and sustainable solutions to a wide range of projects.
