Thomasons were appointed as the building owner’s Party Wall surveyor on this hostel development within the central area of York. In addition to the Party Wall Surveyor role, advice was provided on the need for crane over-sailing licences and scaffold licences and the subsequent drafting and agreement of all relevant licence documents.
