This 12 storey building incorporates multiple different types of non-compliant external cladding, discovered during investigations following the Grenfell disaster.

Thomasons was appointed as lead consultant to undertake a desktop study into the original design and undertake intrusive investigations to determine the degree of non-compliances. Thomasons subsequently designed the remedial cladding solution to each cladding type and prepared a full tender package. The required works are currently being tendered, with works anticipated to start in early 2019.
