Guy Freeman completes the 5 Valleys Ultra Trail Run for Alzheimer’s Society

Massive congratulations to Guy Freeman, Technical Director at our Manchester office, for completing the 5 Valleys Ultra Trail Run and raising over £1,400 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

This incredible endurance event consists 57Km Trail run across 5-Valleys, 2300m ascent and 2248m descent, and requires an enormous amount of mental and physical resilience – we could not be more proud of Guy’s achievement.

“The evidence… I DID IT… quite a day out in the sun … wind … rain but a definite sense of achievement… very different from mass participation fun runs 5k… 10k … half marathons with thousands of participants and loads of supporters on the roads….”
