Promotions

The Directors are pleased to announce that Kevin Baird has been promoted to Associate, and Gary Lyle, Julian Lee & Tracy Magee have been promoted to Associate Directors and Helen McKeown to Technical Director.

Kevin Baird has been with Thomasons for 3 years, as Design Manager, working on a variety of restoration projects and fire safety recladding of domestic high rise towers.

Gary Lyle has been with Thomasons for 4 years working diligently to expand our services in to Scotland with great success and building a reliable team to service a growing number of clients. Gary has most recently been delivering cladding remediation projects and major loss insurance restoration.

Julian Lee has worked diligently for Thomasons for 10 years adding his breadth of structural engineering and building surveying knowledge in the delivery of multiple projects in remediation and major loss insurance, amongst his many other skills.

Tracy Magee has worked for Thomasons for 7 years and heads up the Civil Engineering team in Liverpool, delivering projects across all aspects of civil engineer with particular emphasis on pre-development advice, ground remediation, flood analysis along with more typical infrastructure design.

Helen McKeown started with Thomasons in 2021, brings 20 years of Building Surveying experience, and has brought leadership and mentoring to the Building Surveying team.
